Research Participants
While the Office of Responsible Research Practices (ORRP) is involved in supporting the research review process by the IRBs at OSU, we do not maintain a master list of all research studies being conducted by investigators at the university.
Some individual university departments maintain their own websites that list current studies they are recruiting for – see the list below. Please note ORRP does not maintain these websites.
- James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute
- University Medical Center
- Division of Clinical Pharmacology
- College of Optometry
- Division of Infectious Diseases
- College of Human Ecology

Questions, Concerns or Suggestions
If you have questions, concerns, or suggestions about research, a research-related injury, or questions about the rights of research participants, you may call ORRP at (614) 688-8457 or (800) 678-6251 if calling outside the (614) calling area. Both phone numbers provide a way for participants to contact the organization when they cannot contact the research staff or wish to talk to someone other than the researchers.
