   Forms and procedures have been revised for research involving recombinant DNA, biohazards, human gene transfer, animal gene transfer, and transgenic rodents. Effective immediately, the revised forms must be used.

   Recombinant DNA and Biohazard Incident Reporting

   In response to a recent request from the NIH Office of Biotechnology Activities, the Institutional Biosafety Committee has approved a policy for reporting incidents involving recombinant DNA and / or Biohazards.
