IACUC Limited Animal Use Protocol Form
A Limited Animal Use Protocol form applies only to a protocol utilizing animals brought to campus for exhibitions, for observation only field studies, for cadaver or tissue procurement, or for projects that would not need review by the IACUC if an external agency did not require a protocol number. All other animal use requests must use the full IACUC Animal Use Protocol for Research & Instruction form.
