The transfer of animals from one IACUC approved Animal Use Protocol to another is processed utilizing the ULAR "Request for Animal Transfer Form". To obtain a transfer form or for assistance with an animal transfer, contact ULAR at 292-3024 or the IACUC Office at 292-4494 or 292-0409.
