How do I add personnel to an Animal Use Protocol?
In order to add personnel to a protocol, an
IACUC Personnel Addition/Removal form must be completed. An
IACUC Personnel Form must also be submitted for each person to be added to an Animal Use Protocol. It is necessary that the person(s) to be added review the IACUC personnel requirements and complete any requirements that have yet to be fulfilled. Personnel will not be added to an Animal Use Protocol until such requirements have been satisfied.
