How do I obtain a Chemical Hygiene Plan (CHP) approval letter?
To receive a CHP approval letter, the Principal Investigator´s chemical hygiene plan must be reviewed and approved by a member of the Research Safety Team. If you have questions on starting a CHP, need to update your current CHP, or have general questions about chemical hazards, please contact the Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) office at 292-1284 and request to speak to a member of the Research Safety Team.
